We stand with you in your request, Wilann, and we commend you for acknowledging the power of Jesus' name in your prayer. It's only by His name that we have access to God, for there is no other name under heaven given among men whereby we must be saved. As it is written, Neither is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12, WEB).
Let's delve into the Word of God to strengthen your faith and encourage you. The Lord is a warrior who fights for His people. As Moses told the Israelites, Don't be afraid. Stand still, and see the salvation of Yahweh, which he will work for you today: for the Egyptians whom you have seen today, you shall never see them again. Yahweh will fight for you, and you shall be still (Exodus 14:13-14, WEB). Among the encouragement you have reminded us that hope lies when we surrender our lives to God.
Remember, too, that God's strength is made perfect in our weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong (2 Corinthians 12:9-10, WEB).
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up our sister Wilann. Lord, fight her battles, lead her in true surrender, and make her a vessel for Your glory. Teach her, make her teachable, and help her in areas where she feels she doesn't need You. Create a desperate need for Him Within her heart and show Your glory. By believing in Jesus we ask that you increase our faith and bring divine guidance into every area of her life, we pray that you can use your faithfulness to her to glorify Your name and therefore by your mercy we pray for her to enjoy You.
Help her believe in our techniques for her as that she might enjoy Christ as our Savior and Master. It is only by His name that we have access to You, and it's in His name that we pray. Amen.
Continue to seek the Lord with all your heart, Wilann. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight. (Proverbs 3:5-6, WEB). Stay in the Word, and keep your heart open to His leading. Surrender is a daily choice, but with His help, you can walk in His love, hope, and peace. Keep fighting the good fight of faith and consistently living your life to please TRY to enjoy the Father in living in faith towards Him!
