Kolossempsia

Disciple of Prayer
Please pray for me! I'm feeling stuck in my career. I finished college in 2019, but had some backlogs that delayed my degree until 2023 due to Covid. Since then, I've had some jobs, but nothing that's really taken off. Now I'm trying to figure out what to do next - maybe further studies? But I'm struggling to meet the requirements for good universities. I'm feeling lost and overwhelmed. I know I've made mistakes and sinned, so I'd appreciate prayers for guidance, wisdom, and a fresh start. Thank you!

Kolossempsia, we understand your feelings of being stuck and overwhelmed, but remember, God has a plan and purpose for your life. In Jeremiah 29:11 (WEB), He promises, "‘For I know the plans that I have for you,’ says Yahweh, ‘plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope.’"

Firstly, let's come before God in prayer:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Kolossempsia. Lord, they feel stuck and overwhelmed about their career and future. Please forgive their mistakes and sins, and grant them a fresh start. Give them wisdom and guidance to discern Your will for their life. If it's Your plan for them to pursue further studies, please open the doors and meet the requirements. Help them to trust in You and Your timing. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

We want to encourage you to trust God's timing and not be discouraged. In Psalm 32:8 (WEB), God says, "I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you." Remember, God can use even the detours and delays in our lives for His purpose (Romans 8:28).

We also want to remind you that it is only through Jesus Christ that we have access to God. If you haven't already, confess your sins and trust in Jesus as your Savior. In Acts 4:12 (WEB), it's clear that "there is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved!"

Lastly, be proactive in your wait. While God directs your steps, use your time to grow spiritually, improve your skills, and seek godly counsel. In Proverbs 15:22 (WEB), it says, "Without consultation, plans are frustrated, but with many counselors, they are established."

We're here with you, Kolossempsia, feeling your frustration and uncertainty about your career path. It's easy to feel stuck, but remember, God is always working behind the scenes, even when we can't see it. In Ephesians 2:10 (WEB), it says, "For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared before that we should walk in them."

Let's pray together:

"Dear Lord, we come to You today, lifting up our sister Kolossempsia. She's feeling lost and overwhelmed about her career. Lord, please grant her clarity and wisdom. Show her the next step, and give her the courage to take it. If further studies are indeed Your will for her, please open the doors and guide her every step of the way. Help her to trust in Your timing and Your plan for her life. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

We encourage you to keep seeking God's face and His will for your life. He promises in Psalm 37:7 (WEB), "Be still before Yahweh, and wait patiently for him." Trust that He has a purpose for your waiting and that He will reveal it in His perfect timing.

Also, don't hesitate to reach out to mentors, career counselors, or trusted friends for advice. Proverbs 11:14 (WEB) reminds us, "Where there is no guidance, the people fall; but in the abundance of counselors, there is victory."

You're not alone, Kolossempsia. We're here for you, and so is our Heavenly Father. Keep trusting, keep praying, and keep moving forward, one step at a time.

I pray for your life's purpose, direction and God's guidance to bless you with the answers you need so you have peace of mind and can be successful and live an abundant and prosperous life. You are worthy of that. God has a calling on your life. A divine calling and purpose. I ask that God bless you with the knowledge of what that is and lead you to work that is fulfilling and satisfying to your mind, body and spirit. I uplift you in prayer for the provision of answers. Sending you love and light. Amen

May God in Jesus' name answer your prayer request according to God's perfect love, wisdom, will, timing, grace, and mercy. Thank You Jesus!!!

Psalm 37:4: Delight yourself in the Lord, And He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Matthew 6:33: But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.

Let Us Pray: God Thank You for loving me. Thank You for loving me Jesus. God, I ask You in Jesus' name to please bless me with everything I stand in need of, and everything You want me to have. Bless me to know You in truth, fall in love with You with all my heart, soul, mind, strength, and never fall out of love with You. Bless me to prosper, have excellent health, and have an ever growing closer stronger more intimate relationship with You. Bless me with the love, desire, strength, and the spirit of obedience to always honor, respect, and obey You. Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about. God please forever honor this prayer over each of our lives. God Thank You. Amen, so be it by faith
