Feeling so down right I'm in need of God's guidance

Heavenly father I come to you right now in the name of Jesus, lord I feel so down and depressed right now even though I'm on holiday, I don't know if I should reach out to my ex ### or not, I've written a message but I don't know if I should send it, I'm asking for your guidance lord, I miss her and love her with all my heart, trying to find love is so hard but I know you love me lord and forgive me for my past mistakes and sins, I just don't know what to do please help me, please guide me to what I should do, I lay this pray at you heavenly throne full of grace and mercy, in the name of our lord and saviour Jesus Christ I pray Amen
