Feeling so dizzy all day and can hardly eat and have breathing issues and need to the rest of these chores and get good rest soon Lord please have these people reach back out to me soon and help as they promised and regulate my body with this hot and cold weather at night and don’t let the utility bills be so high please lower all this and help to loose more weight for us those close and help them with summer school that they do well and at work we pray, amen

Dizzy or Vertigo

I was dizzy a few years ago and it was caused by a lack of electrolytes (calcium, sodium and potassium)
Electrolytes regulate everything in your body- heart,lungs,brain,kidneys,etc. Try taking these supplements or
drink Gador Aid (it has electrolytes in it) and see if it helps.It worked for me.

Dizziness can also be caused by inner ear problems. This sometimes happens after a cold and they get out of balance. Their are exercises that can correct that also. Just Google exercises for dizziness.
