feeling sick and stuff

Hi I am feeling sick this started when I water fasted this water fasting made my brain feel sick and disassociate and it also slowed down my bowel movement therefore I am not getting sleep as well I also have voices problem I tried curing that by listening to the bible but that did not work the voices cause my stomach fullness and heart racing also how can I fix the disassociate from water fasting my brain is being damaged and slow bowel movement and there is no sleep to please pray for me and anyone know how to fix this tell me.
