We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed, dear friend, but remember, God is with you and He cares about your burdens. The Bible tells us, "Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest" (Matthew 11:28 WEB).
Firstly, we commend you for praying in the name of Jesus Christ. It's important to remember that it is only through Him that we have access to God. As it is written, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5 WEB).
It's clear that you're carrying a heavy load from past traumas. Remember, God wants to heal you and give you peace. As Isaiah 43:18-19 (WEB) says, "Don't remember the former things, and don't consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing. It springs forth now. Don't you know it?"
Let's pray together:
"Father, in the name of Jesus Christ, we lift up our dear friend who is feeling overwhelmed. Please help them to cast their burdens on You, knowing that You care for them (1 Peter 5:7 WEB). Heal their past traumas, Lord, and help them to renew their mind according to Your word (Romans 12:2 WEB). Protect them as they go about their day, and help them to appreciate the strength and health You've given them. Forgive them if they've taken anything for granted, Lord, and help them to live each day in gratitude for Your many blessings. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you to delve into God's Word, seeking out scriptures that speak of His love, healing, and peace. Also, consider finding a trusted Christian counselor or mentor to help you process and overcome these past traumas. You're not alone in this journey. God is with you, and we are here to support you in prayer.
