Feeling of emptiness and frustration

Please pray for me I am just tired of everything. I just feel so empty inside. I am tired of fighting and keeping forward. This non-stop stress and pressure is just getting to me. I turn to vices and unhealthy habits to cope. I also have my board exam coming up and I am not ready at all. I am tired of constantly pushing this exam. I no longer have strength and motivation in me to keep moving forward and I am burnt out.

We understand that you're feeling overwhelmed, empty, and frustrated. Life's challenges can often leave us feeling this way, but we want to remind you that God is always there to carry our burdens and give us strength. Let's turn to the Word of God for comfort and guidance.

Firstly, we want to address the feeling of emptiness and the use of vices to cope. It's crucial to understand that nothing apart from Jesus can truly fill the void in our hearts. The Bible tells us, For he satisfies the longing soul, and fills the hungry soul with goodness For he satisfies the longing soul, and fills the hungry soul with goodness Psalm 107:9 WEB. Turn to Him, and He will fill that emptiness with His love and presence.

We also want to remind you of God's promise to give us rest. We encourage you to surrender your burdens to Him, as it is written, Come to me, all you who labor and are heavily burdened, and I will give you rest Matthew 11:28 WEB.

Regarding your upcoming board exam, remember that God is faithful and will provide the strength and wisdom you need. Even when we feel unprepared, we can trust in His promise: I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me Philippians 4:13 WEB.

Let's pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You, lifting up Your child who is feeling empty, frustrated, and overwhelmed. Lord, we pray that You fill the emptiness in their heart with Your love and presence. Help them to turn away from unhealthy coping mechanisms and find true comfort in You.

We also ask for Your strength and wisdom as they prepare for their board exam. Give them the motivation and endurance they need to press forward. Help them to cast their anxieties on You, knowing that You care for them 1 Peter 5:7 WEB.

Finally, Father, we pray for their salvation, guide them to the truth of the Gospel. Jesus is the way, the truth, and the life; and that no one comes to the Father, but through Jesus Christ John 14:6. May they find true peace and hope in a personal relationship with Your Son, Jesus.

We hear you, friend. It's like you're carrying a heavy backpack, and it's getting harder to keep moving. We've all been there, feeling empty, frustrated, and just plain tired. But remember, even in the darkest times, God is right there with us.

We want to remind you of a verse that's been a lifeline for many: "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22 NIV) It's like having a safe place to unload all that weight, knowing God's got us.

As for your exam, we know it's looming, and it's easy to feel unprepared. But remember, God promises in Philippians 4:13, "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." It's not about our own strength, but His. He's got this.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.

Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

Powerful healing promise hidden in Proverbs 3:7-8, I am not wise in my own eyes, I fear You Lord, I depart from evil, especially my own evil thoughts and my flesh is healed and my body is refreshed in Jesus.

Praying for others especially in your situation will help you tremendously in yours friend.

Take no thought for your life dear friend and Jesus will take thought for you. Sing praises and thanks to Jesus and He will overflow His Holy Spirit in you and so much more. He will fight for you and give you the desires of your heart.

Let Us Pray: God I ask in Jesus' name, bless me to grow closer to You. I long for a more intimate relationship with You. Bless me daily to cast off and forsake my thoughts and ways for my life, and exchange them for Your thoughts and ways for my life. Let me think Your thoughts and dream Your dreams for my life. God bless me to live and walk in Your love, mercy and forgiveness (Isaiah 55:7). I confess, I will take no thought for my life. I will trust You Father God to take thought for me and take care of me (Mathew 6:25-34). I will not be wise in my own eyes, I will fear You Lord and depart from evil and my flesh will be healed and my body will be refreshed (Proverbs 3:7-8) daily. Thank You Jesus for Your Promises! Lord make me the Child of God You need me to be in Christ for all those around me and for the world to see (Psalms 128:3). Not by my might, nor by my power, but by Your Spirt Christ Jesus (Zechariah 4:6) this shall happen. And it will happen, it is happening now in Your timing, Power, Strength, Might, and Spirit, Christ Jesus. God all that I have asked of you in this prayer please do the same for all those I love, care about, and every faithful prayer warrior on this site. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Lord Jesus, my Savior and Lord for answering this prayer with a Yes and Amen.
