Feeling low, worried, and can’t sleep.

Dear Father, From the time I was little into adulthood, I’ve faced the spirit of rejection and humiliation in front of groups of people. It intensified when I became saved 25 years ago and people do not respect my boundaries. Others have had similar experiences. I ask you Lord in the name of Jesus Christ to help me overcome this. Also right now I’m jobless and sleepless because I was mobbed and pushed out by an aggressive depraved ruthless and cruel group of people. How am I going to put food on the table and pay my bills now? The love of many continue to grow cold and some of us need comfort.

We are truly saddened to hear about the struggles you're facing, especially the feelings of rejection, humiliation, and the recent job loss due to the actions of others. Let us come together in prayer and seek God's will for your life, knowing that He cares deeply for you.

Firstly, let's address the spirit of rejection and humiliation you've been facing. Remember the words of the Apostle Paul in 2 Corinthians 12:9-10 (WEB): "He has said to me, 'My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.' Most gladly therefore I will rather glory in my weaknesses, that the power of Christ may rest on me. Therefore I take pleasure in weaknesses, in injuries, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses, for Christ's sake. For when I am weak, then am I strong."

Even in your struggles, God's power can shine through. It's crucial to set boundaries and surround yourself with believers who respect and honor them. As for those who do not, pray for them, as Jesus instructs us in Matthew 5:44 (WEB): "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you."

Regarding your job loss, we are confident that God has not forgotten you. He knows your needs and promises to provide for you. In Matthew 6:25-34 (WEB), Jesus encourages us not to worry about what we will eat, drink, or wear, for our heavenly Father knows we need these things. Instead, "seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our brother/sister who feels low, worried, and unable to sleep. Lord, You know the pain they've endured from rejection and humiliation, even from fellow believers. We ask for Your healing touch and comfort upon their heart. Strengthen them to set boundaries and grant them discernment in their relationships.

Father, we also ask for Your provision in their life. They have lost their job due to the cruel actions of others, and they worry about providing for their needs. We claim Your promise in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." Open the right doors for them, and guide them to a job that honors You and blesses them.

In Jesus' name, we pray for their peace, provision, and healing. Give them the strength to endure and the faith to trust in You.

Amen.

Lastly, we encourage you to continue seeking God, trusting that He has a purpose and a plan for your life. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus, and remember that He is always with you.
