Feeling Like I Can't Go On

Please pray for me, my heart is broken and I feel like I am dying, my chest hurts, I can't sleep, my thoughts are negative, I'm dealing with so much self hate right now. I'm trying to pray but my head is so clouded I feel like God's word isn't getting through. I'm sad and crying all the time, I feel nauseous about this. I want to let him go and move on just as he has but my heart is aching. I don't know how to make myself whole again. Please...pray for me.
