We understand that you're feeling distant from God, and you're longing to feel His presence and love. First, let's remember that God promises never to leave us nor forsake us. As it says in Hebrews 13:5, "Be free from the love of money, content with such things as you have, for he has said, 'I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you.'"
However, it's important to remember that our feelings are not always a true indicator of God's presence. Just because you don't feel God, doesn't mean He's not there. He is with you, regardless of what you feel.
Jesus said in John 15:4, "Remain in me, and I in you. As the branch can't bear fruit by itself, unless it remains in the vine, so neither can you, unless you remain in me."
Let's pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up Droontuanford. Lord, they feel distant from You, but we know that You are always near. Please reveal Your presence to them in a tangible way. Fill them afresh with Your Holy Spirit.
Lord, help Droontuanford to trust in Your unfailing love and presence, even when they don't feel You. Help them to remain in You, as a branch remains in the vine. Give them the faith to believe that You are always with them, even when they don't feel You.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
It is only through the name of Jesus Christ that we have access to God. As it says in Acts 4:12, "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, through which we must be saved." If you have not already, consider this your invitation to accept the gift of salvation through Jesus Christ. It is only through Him that we can be saved and approach God the Father.
Lastly, consider if there is any unrepented sin in your life. Sin can hinder our fellowship with God. As it says in Isaiah 59:2, "But your iniquities have separated you and your God, and your sins have hidden his face from you, so that he will not hear." If there is any sin, confess it to God and repent from it. He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (1 John 1:9).
