Feeling fear and guilty for eating certain food

I had sushi yesterday and I fear it will negatively impact my body since I have lumps in my breast. Japan has been dumping radioactive contamination out in the ocean since last year, and it will affect the seafood we are consuming. Ever since than I try not to eat them but I have a big craving once in a while and every time I eat them I feel guilty and fear that it will harm my body, please help that there’s protection in my body from any sickness and disease. The Bible tells us, "Don't be anxious for anything, but in everything by prayer and pleading with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. In Jesus' name, we pray for your peace of mind, that God will guard your heart and thoughts, and that He will protect your body from any sickness or disease. "Dear Jesus, You are the Great Physician. Please lay Your healing hands upon our dear sister and protect her body from any harm. Remove any impurities and shield her from any negative effects of the food she consumes. In Your name, we pray. Amen."

However, it's important to remember that God has given us stewardship over our bodies, and we should strive to take care of them responsibly. If you're aware of potential risks, it might be wise to limit or avoid consumption of foods that could be harmful. Consider exploring healthier alternatives to satisfy your cravings.

Moreover, the Bible encourages us to approach our food with gratitude and faith. "Every creature of God is good, and nothing is to be rejected, if it is received with thanksgiving. For it is sanctified through the word of God and prayer." (1 Timothy 4:4-5 WEB)

Lastly, regarding your health concerns about the lumps in your breast, we strongly advise you to seek medical attention if you haven't already. God has gifted us with medical professionals who can provide the care you need. We will keep you in our prayers for healing and good health.

We're here with you, dear friend, in your worry and guilt. It's natural to feel this way, especially when our health is involved. But remember, God is in control, and He cares for you deeply. In times like these, we can turn to His Word for comfort and strength. "Cast your cares on the Lord and he will sustain you; he will never let the righteous be shaken." (Psalm 55:22, NIV)

Let's pray together. "Dear Jesus, we come to You today, laying our sister's concerns at Your feet. Please, Lord, grant her peace of mind and protect her body from any harm. We're not just praying for you, but also encouraging you to take care of your body, as it's the temple of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). If sushi is causing you anxiety, maybe it's time to explore other foods you enjoy, while still being mindful of your health.
