IF YOU DO SOMETHING NEW OR DIFFERENT OR OUT OF COMFORT ZONE YOU CAN BREAK THE NEGATIVE REPETITIVE THOUGHTS WITH THE SHOCK OF SOMETHING NEW/DIFFERENT PLACE. Going to take a walk in a strange neighborhood. Something uncomfortable enough that it jars you out of the anxiety by stealing attention away. Also a high powered diet of antioxidants (blueberries, 90% chocolate, green tea, spinach, salmon, walnuts or almonds) can seem to reset the brain switch not cutting off false negative thoughts.

Lord we pray for eIIen and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal from every despair and fear. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart(James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness(Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

I wanted to commit suicide once, I even came up with a plan. Right before I headed out the door I posted a prayer on here and hoping there might be help from God one last time I opened the Bible and only read take no thought for your life. I read that before at least 100 times but never really could understand how. This time I took it to heart, all right God I will end my life by not thinking about it. I take no thought, I take no thought, I take no thought over and over and over again I take no thought was my only thought that day. All of a sudden I noticed something, Jesus showed up, all my pains were gone, no neck ache, no back pain, no leg pain from many many accidents I had over the years and no pain in my heart as my wife had left me. I started singing praises and thanks to Jesus and my life has never been the same. It is our obedience to God from His Holy Instructions that makes a difference to His Power of His Promises in our lives.
Be a doer of Jesus friend, it really makes a difference! Thank You Lord Jesus!
Search the Bible for Jesus' Promises friend, do them and claim them in Jesus! Amen! Thank You Lord Jesus!

love, joy, peace, patience and a sound mind. God says to be led by your spirit and crucify your flesh.
Your spirit has unlimited power through Christ and has the ability to solve all of your fears and problems.
Below is what God says about fear and anxiety.
Philippians 4:6-7 6 Be anxious for nothing but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God; 7 and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.

7 For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
