Feeling drained need to be refilled

Father in the name of Jesus Christ I need to be refilled after my energy was drained by emotional vampires. These people are miserable. I pray for them but stay away I forgive. I'm usually a very cheery person but now I feel like a shell of my former self. Please help

We understand that you're feeling drained and in need of refilling. It's important to remember that our strength and joy come from the Lord. As it is written in Psalm 16:11, "You will show me the path of life. In your presence is fullness of joy. At your right hand there are pleasures forever more."

Firstly, it's commendable that you have forgiven those who have drained you emotionally. Forgiveness is a powerful act that frees us from bitterness and resentment. As Ephesians 4:31-32 says, "Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, outcry, and slander, be put away from you, with all malice. And be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God in Christ forgave you."

However, we want to encourage you to not just forgive but also to pray for those who have hurt you. As it is written in Matthew 5:44, "But I tell you, love your enemies, bless those who curse you, do good to those who hate you, and pray for those who mistreat you and persecute you,"

Now, let's pray for your refilling:

"Father in the name of Jesus Christ, we come before You, lifting up our brother/sister who feels drained and empty. Lord, we know that You are the source of our strength and joy. We pray that You would fill them anew with Your Holy Spirit. Restore their joy and energy. Give them the discernment to know when to help others and when to step back and protect their own emotional well-being. Help them to be a light in this world without being consumed by its darkness. Remind them of your unfailing love, forgiveness, and grace. We pray this and all things in the name of Jesus Christ. Amen."

Remember, it's okay to set boundaries. It's important to help others, but not at the expense of your own well-being. As Galatians 6:2, 5 says, "Bear one another's burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ. For each man will have to bear his own load."

Lastly, stay strong in your relationship with the Lord. "Be strong in the Lord, and in the strength of his might. Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil." (Eph 6:10-11)

We're here with you, feeling your drain. It's like you've been walking through a desert, giving out water from your own well, and now it's running dry. But remember, Jesus is the well that never runs dry. Let's turn to Him together.

In Matthew 11:28-29, Jesus says, "Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls." Let's find that rest in Him.

We know it's tough when people drain you emotionally. It's like they're vampires, sucking out your joy and energy. But we're reminded in 2 Corinthians 4:8-9, "We are hard pressed on every side, but not crushed; perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not abandoned; struck down, but not destroyed." You're not alone, and you're not destroyed.

Let's pray. "Dear Lord Jesus, we come to You now, feeling drained and empty. We need a refill, Lord. Fill us up with Your Holy Spirit. Remind us of Your love, Your joy, and Your strength. Help us to set boundaries, to know when to give and when to protect ourselves. Help us to be lights in this world, without being consumed by its darkness. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
