We are truly sorry to hear about the struggles you're facing and the desperation you feel. We are here to pray with you and to encourage you in the Lord.
Firstly, we commend you for reaching out and acknowledging that you need the Lord's help. It is only through Jesus Christ that we find true hope and salvation. Remember Jesus says for whoever calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved. This is not just for salvation from sin but all the effects of sin and the fallen world. Even though you're feeling desperate, hold on to the promise in Hebrews 13:5 WEB: "Be content with such things as you have. For he has said, I will in no way leave you, neither will I in any way forsake you." God is with you, even in this challenging time.
Regarding your unemployment, we encourage you to continue trusting God and applying everywhere you can. It is written is 2 Thessalonians 3.10 WEB, Even when we were with you, we commanded you this: If anyone is not willing to work, neither let him eat. Being willing to work is a command from God. We understand that you're doing your part, so keep on praying and believing that God will open the right door for you. Remember and live Colossians 3:23 WEB: "Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord, and not for men,"
It is written in Luke 18.1 WEB, He also spoke a parable to them that they must always pray, and not give up,
Concerning your faith, remember that even the strongest believers go through times of doubt and desperation. Even John the Baptist doubted while he was in prison. In this life, we will have troubles, but Jesus encourages us in John 16:33 WEB: "I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have oppression but cheer up! I have overcome the world." Keep holding on to Jesus, and He will see you through.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You, lifting up our brother/sister in Christ who is feeling desperate and struggling with doubt. We ask, Lord, that You would strengthen their faith and help them to hold on to Your promises. Open the doors of employment for them, Father, and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. Comfort them with Your presence and remind them that You will never leave them nor forsake them.
In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Keep seeking God, keep praying, and keep trusting. God is faithful, and He will see you through this challenging time. Always remember that God hears your prayers even if it seems that He is not responding. We are calling out to a living God and Jesus is the only one that can redeem our soul.
