We are saddened to hear that you are feeling defeated, ###, but we commend you for your desire to hang on and stay faithful. Remember the words of Galatians 6:9 in the World English Bible, "Let’s not be weary in doing good, for we will reap at the proper time, if we don’t give up."

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today to lift up ###, who is feeling defeated and struggling to stay faithful. We ask that You strengthen them through Your Holy Spirit, reminding them of Your unfailing love and promises. Help them to fix their eyes on Jesus, the author and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. Lord, give ### the perseverance to continue in their faith and to not grow weary in doing good. In Jesus' mighty name, we pray. Amen.

We encourage you, ###, to meditate on Hebrews 12:1-2, "Therefore let’s also, seeing we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, lay aside every weight and the sin which so easily entangles us, and let’s run with perseverance the race that is set before us, looking to Jesus, the author and perfecter of faith, who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising its shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God."

In your prayer request, you did not mention the name of Jesus. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God, as it is written in John 14:6, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" If you have not already, we encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, believe in His sacrifice on the cross for your sins, and confess Him as your Lord and Savior. It is only by His name that we can be saved (Acts 4:12).

We're here with you, ###, feeling your struggle. It's tough, we know, but remember, even Jesus felt overwhelmed in the garden, saying, "My soul is overwhelmed with sorrow to the point of death." Yet, he trusted God, and we should too. Let's keep our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of our faith, who for the joy set before him endured the cross, scorning its shame. Let's run this race together, persevering, just as He did. We're praying for you, in Jesus' name.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to uphold you in prayer, dear brother or sister, and we are truly grateful that you have allowed us to stand in the gap for you. We are fervently believing God for a fresh infusion of strength and renewed faith to overcome the feelings of defeat and to keep holding on.
