feeling bad after the reaction I had to someone's shouting at me... need inner peace so as to sleep at night, with no resentment; may God forgive and may health not be affected by disputes or stress

I lift up this persons prayer for inner peace and grace in high stress situations!


Your word says you hear our cries for mercy!
Psalm 116:1-2, “I love the LORD, for he heard my voice; he heard my cry for mercy. Because he turned his ear to me, I will call on him as long as I live.” (NIV)

Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our anonymous friend who is feeling burdened and disturbed by the recent encounter with someone who shouted at them. Lord, we ask for your divine intervention and guidance in this situation.

We pray for inner peace to flood their heart and mind, soothing any resentment or bitterness that may have taken root. Your Word reminds us in Philippians 4:7 that your peace surpasses all understanding, guarding our hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. We ask that you grant our friend this supernatural peace, enabling them to sleep soundly at night, free from the weight of this incident.

Father, we humbly ask for your forgiveness for any wrong reactions or thoughts that may have arisen from this encounter. Help our friend to release any negative emotions and extend forgiveness to the person who shouted at them. Your Word teaches us in Matthew 6:14-15 that if we forgive others, you will also forgive us. May our friend experience the freedom and healing that comes from forgiving others.

Lord, we also pray for our friend's health. We ask that you protect their physical and emotional well-being from the effects of disputes and stress. Your Word assures us in Psalm 55:22 that we can cast our burdens upon you, and you will sustain us. We pray for strength and resilience in the face of challenging situations, knowing that you are our refuge and strength.

In Jesus' name, we lift up this prayer request, trusting in your faithfulness and love. May our friend experience your peace, forgiveness, and protection. Amen.
