Feel Like We're Drowning

Dear Lord, I come to you this evening to ask to please have mercy on my family.  I'm feeling we're starting to drown in debt.  My husband's overtime was taken away in the beginning of June, I have a car payment that I only agreed to take on because of his overtime and we've barely been able to make it financially.  I've tried to apply for a equity loan to consolidate debt, but was denied.  Now as of this morning he told me that he will be on leave of absence for a health issue and I'm really not sure how we're going to make it.  Father please help us.  My nerves feel like they are starting to mess up and my husband's health issue doesn't seem to be getting better fast enough due to this stress.  To top it off I may need all new tires on this vehicle that I cannot afford and the tires cost more that the car payment itself.  Please help us Lord.  We are trying our hardest to stay positive.  In Jesus' name, Amen.
