Fear of cancer news

Please pray for me for a complete turnaround and good news I just received the shock of my life. Doctor thinks I have an incurable cancer I'm stunned. They are doing additional testing. I'm speechless and I really don't know how everything is going to pan out. As of now, can't think of even bringing myself to do anything else.

I'm crying in the middle of work, driving—it's just tough. I'm relying on everyone else's strength of prayer in this trying time. I'm usually upbeat and positive, but this has completely weakened me. Yes, I believe in God and His miracles and mercy.
