Fear of cancer news

Please pray for me for a complete turnaround and good news I just received the shock of my life. Doctor thinks I have a incurable cancer I'm stunned . They are doing additional testing. I'm speechless and I really don't know how everything is going to pan out.as of now can't think of even bring myself to do anything else.
Im crying in the middle of work,driving it's just tough
I'm relying on everyone else's strength of prayer in this trying time. I'm usually upbeat and positive but this has completely weakened me yes I believe in God and his miracles and mercy.
