Fear I will go to hell

Dear God, Father in Heaven
I fear I will go to hell as I do not love you. Please give me a new heart to love you, see your glory and to worship you.
Please Lord make me a true born again believer

We understand your fear and struggle to love God as you desire. Let us address this together and seek God's will for your life.

Firstly, it is important to understand that loving God is not merely an emotional feeling, but a state of the heart that is cultivated through obedience and faith. As it is written in

1 John 5:3
For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments. His commandments are not grievous.

John 14:15
If you love me, keep my commandments.

Your desire to love God and to be a true born-again believer is a good thing. It shows that the Holy Spirit is already working in your heart. To be born again, you must believe in Jesus Christ. It is through faith in Him that we are saved and made new.

John 3:3
Jesus answered him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

Romans 10:9
that if you will confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised him from the dead, you will be saved.

Let us pray for you:

Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up this person who desires to love You more and to be a true born-again believer. We ask that You grant them a new heart, a heart that longs to love and obey You. Open their eyes to see Your glory and to worship You in spirit and in truth.

Father, we know that it is only through faith in Jesus Christ that we are saved and made new. We pray that this person will believe in Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior, confessing with their mouth and believing in their heart that You have raised Him from the dead.

Give them the power of the Holy Spirit to walk in obedience to Your commandments, not as a burden, but as a joyful response to Your love for them. Help them to understand that loving You is not just an emotional feeling, but a state of the heart that is cultivated through obedience and faith.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Remember, it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. There is no other name by which we can be saved.

If you have not yet accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior, we encourage you to do so today. Believe in Him, confess Him with your mouth, and you will be saved. Then, walk in obedience to His commandments, and you will grow in your love for God.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to intercede for you, dear friend, that the Lord would replace your fear with a profound sense of His love and acceptance. We are honored that you have allowed us to join you in prayer and stand in agreement with you before the throne of grace.
