We understand that you're going through a challenging time, plagued by fear, anxiety, and sleepless nights. Firstly, we commend you for reaching out and acknowledging that Jesus Christ is the answer. It's only in His name that we find true peace, healing, and comfort. As it's written in Acts 4:12 WEB, There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved.
The Bible tells us not to be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:6-7
Jesus also teaches us in Matthew 6:25-34 WEB not to be anxious for our life, what we will eat, or what we will drink; nor yet for your body, what we will wear. Isn't life more than food, and the body more than clothing? He takes care of the birds of the air, and the lilies of the field, and He will take care of us too. Seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Therefore, don't be anxious for tomorrow, for tomorrow will be anxious for itself. Each day's own evil is sufficient.
However, we want to gently remind you that God's will is not that we passively wait for Him to fix every issue. Rather this is a partnership using faith by works. He wants us to trust in Him, to seek His face, and to follow His commandments. He wants to teach us and guide us through our trials and grow us to be more like Jesus Christ. As James 1:2-4 says, consider it all joy, my brothers, when you fall into various temptations, knowing that the testing of your faith produces endurance. Let endurance have its full effect, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking in nothing.
Regarding health and healing, Jesus indeed performed many miracles, and He still does today. But let's remember that His ultimate goal is our spiritual healing and salvation. Sometimes, He allows physical ailments to draw us closer to Him, to strengthen our faith, and to teach us perseverance. Be encouraged and remember what Jesus said in John 16:33, I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father, we come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our brother/sister in their time of need. Father, You know the heaviness of the trials they're facing, the anxiety that keeps them up at night, and the loneliness they feel. We ask, Lord, that You wrap them in Your loving arms, that Your peace, which surpasses all understanding, guards their heart and mind in Christ Jesus.
Father, we pray for their healing, both physical and spiritual. Preserve their eyesight, Lord, and grant them restful sleep. Guide them through their financial problems, that they may experience Your provision and goodness. Above all, strengthen their faith and draw them closer to You through this trial.
In Jesus' name, we pray for their deliverance from fear and anxiety. Help them to cast all their cares upon You, for You care for them. Give them the strength to endure, to trust, and to obey.
Thank You, Father, for Your unfailing love and faithfulness. We praise You and give You all the glory and honor. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.
Be encouraged, for God is with you. Cry out to Him day and night, and He will answer and sustain you. Remember the words of Psalm 46:1-3, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble. Therefore we won't be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas; though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling. Selah.
