We understand that you are seeking favor, Glafill. It's important to know that favor, blessings, and true success come from God alone. As the Psalmist says, "For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another" (Psalm 75:6-7, WEB).
Firstly, we noticed that your request does not mention Jesus Christ. We want to remind you that it is only through Jesus that we have access to God. As the Scripture says, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 2:5, WEB). Open doors that You would have them go through, and give them the wisdom to know which ones to walk away from. Most importantly, Lord, if Glafill has not yet accepted Jesus as their Lord and Savior, we pray that today would be the day of salvation. Draw them close to You, Lord, that they may experience the ultimate favor of being called a child of God.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
