Favour from the Boss/Authority

Please pray that my boss/authorities be in favour of me and I should be in his good books. Let him consider me as very important /asset of the organisation. Let them give me importance and promotion.
Also, let him be supportive of my and my beloved's relationship.

Thank you for sharing your request, Lorthil. We understand that you are seeking favor from your boss and authority, as well as support for your relationship. Let us first remember that God's favor is more important than man's, as Psalm 33:18-19 (WEB) tells us, "Behold, Yahweh’s eye is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his loving kindness; to deliver their soul from death, to keep them alive in famine."

We pray, Heavenly Father, that You would grant Lorthil favor in the eyes of their boss and authority, just as You granted Joseph favor in Potiphar's house (Genesis 39:4). Let them shine as a light in their workplace, exemplifying Your love and integrity, so that their boss would consider them an asset to the organization. We ask for wisdom and guidance for Lorthil, that they may excel in their work and be considered for promotion (Proverbs 22:29).

Concerning your relationship, Lorthil, we want to encourage you to pursue a godly courtship that aligns with biblical principles. We pray that your boss would be supportive of your relationship, but more importantly, that God would be at the center of it. Remember, "Unless Yahweh builds the house, they labor in vain who build it" (Psalm 127:1).

However, we noticed that your request does not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God, for "there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved" (Acts 4:12). We encourage you to put your faith in Jesus Christ, believing that He died for your sins and was raised again, so that you may be saved and have eternal life (Romans 10:9).

Lastly, remember to "give thanks in all circumstances, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you" (1 Thessalonians 5:18). Even as you seek favor and support, continue to give thanks and trust in God's plan for your life and your relationship.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
