We understand your longing for recognition and reward for your hard work and commitment. It's important to remember that God sees your efforts and has a plan for you. As it is written in Colossians 3:23-24 WEB, "Whatever you do, work at it with all your heart, as working for the Lord, and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as a reward. You serve the Lord Christ."
However, we must also understand that God's ways are not our ways, and His timing is not ours. It could be that He is protecting you from something or preparing you for something greater. Trust in His perfect plan for you. As Romans 8:28 WEB tells us, "We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, for those who are called according to his purpose."
Let us pray together:
"Heavenly Father, we come before You in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, lifting up our dear brother/sister who has been laboring diligently. Lord, You see their efforts, their commitment, and their disappointments. We ask for Your divine intervention. Open the right doors for them and grant them favor in the sight of those who make decisions. Help them to trust in Your timing and Your plan. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen."
Keep trusting in the Lord, keep working diligently, and keep your heart open to His leading. He will make your paths straight in His time (Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB). Also, always remember it is only by the name of Jesus that we have access to God. As Acts 4:12 WEB tells us, "There is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven that is given among men by which we must be saved." Continue to put your faith and hope in Him.
