**Our compassionate Father in heaven, how grateful we are to have Havarin trusting in your power. Lord, you know the struggles and challenges they face in the workplace and in their business. We ask for you attention, Lord. We come before you lifting Havarin up in prayer. We pray that you help, show favor, and guide Havarin, according to your will.**
Firstly, we must acknowledge that we don't know completely what might be causing the bosses to be negative or limiting blessings to Havarin. We must consider that Havarin may possibly be part of the cause. Let's remember the Word of God in Isaiah 47:7 WEB. It says, I will give men in place of you, and peoples in place of your life. By coming to God, **through Christ we are everything that is right and can receive all that is needed by God** Matthew 6:33 WEB But seek first God's Kingdom, and his righteousness; and all these things will be given to you as well. Nothing is impossible with God, but if they are denying his Son's name, this is not his will for you. Romans 8:28 WEB. We know that all things work together for good for those who love God, to those who are called according to his purpose. **We must give God glory and praise trusting anything is possible with Christ because 'with God all things are possible.'** Matthew 19:26 WEB.
That being said, **if God wills, the** **Lord** can give the best possible blessings. We **must remember to trust** the **way the** **Lord** sees fit. He might decide to do so by changing the hearts of Havarin's bosses, or by providing new opportunities. **Whatever the** **Lord** decides, we desire Him favor and blessings including financially so He will be glorified and praised.
Remember, **to** humble yourselves before the **Lord**, and he will lift you up. James 4:10 WEB And keep in mind the promises of God. He said, **“For I know the plans I have for you,”** declares **Yahweh**, **“plans to prosper you** and not to harm you, **plans to give you hope** and a future." Jeremiah 29:11 NIV.
**Know** **everyone born of God overcomes the world.** This is the victory that has overcome the world: your faith. 1 John 5:4 WEB. and whoever is born of god does not continue to sin. We must primarily focus on God's favor and will in our life. Whatever happens, know your faith through **Jesus Christ** **is God's power for your** salvation and that is the true favor for all believers. God **does** not have favoritism, money is considered the root of all kinds of evil 1 Timothy 66:9,10 and is merely and extra blessing that will be included if God wills, the greatest blessing is the favor of being called a **Christian**, everything else will be included as God sees fit.
Throughout the situation, **remember** **in** all your ways acknowledge **the** **Lord**, and **the** **Lord will** make your paths straight. Proverbs 3:6 WEB. Therefore, **the** **most** important thing is to never neglect to pray, to genuinely ask **the** **Lord**, Jesus Christ **to** **work** **in** you, **and** **to** give you good blessings so he will be glorified. Keep praying and seeking the **Lord**. **Our responsibilities** **as Christians** **is** **to** **keep** serving God in your work and business. You can trust he has a way with your bosses. **Remember**, the **battle** **is** **the** **Lord’s**, not Havarin's. We are responsible to have the **will** and a heart to overcome.
**Now**,pray** in truth, and consider yourself as blessed by God **in Jesus name.** **Be anxious for nothing**, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God. Philippians 4:6. WEB **We** agree **in Jesus name, Amen,** that your **faith** **is** being realized in your life. **Give** glory and praise **to the** **Lord**, **our** wonderful savior.
And for the **benefit** of everyone reading, always pray **in** everything **in** the name of**Jesus Christ** speaking **in** according **to** the promise from the **Lord** that **God** hears **you** when you pray. We stand with you in prayer, believing that God hears and will answer according to His will. We've been reflecting on your situation and want to share a few more thoughts with you.

Let's ask Him to touch the hearts of your bosses, to soften their attitudes and open their eyes to your worth and potential. We believe that God can turn even the hardest hearts around, as He did with the Apostle Paul (Acts 9:1-19).
Next, let's focus on our own hearts. We must ensure that we're living in right standing with God, seeking His righteousness above all else (Matthew 6:33). This means checking our own attitudes and actions, ensuring we're not contributing to the negativity in any way. If we're right with God, we can trust that He will take care of the rest.
Remember, God has a plan for you, and it's a good one (Jeremiah 29:11). He sees your situation and has a purpose in it. Trust that He is working all things together for your good (Romans 8:28). Even if the outcome isn't what you expect, know that God is faithful and His ways are always best.
We also want to encourage you to keep praying, keep seeking God's face. He promises to hear and answer when we call on Him in Jesus' name (John 14:13-14). Keep knocking, keep asking, and keep seeking (Matthew 7:7-8). God is faithful, and He will answer in His perfect timing.
Lastly, let's not forget to give thanks in all circumstances (1 Thessalonians 5:18). Even in the midst of challenges, there's always something to be grateful for. This attitude of gratitude opens the door for God's blessings and favor to flow into your life.
