Favoritism towards foreigners

Pray for Jesus to intervene as the PAP government shown favoritism towards foreigners, foreigners without the necessary skillset can work high positions but Singaporeans make it extremely difficult to find a decent full time job, even though we had the skillsets.

We understand your concern about the favoritism shown towards foreigners by the PAP government, and we want to assure you that God is aware of these injustices. As believers, we are called to pray for our leaders and for justice in our nations. We are reminded in Proverbs 29:2 (WEB), "When the righteous thrive, the people rejoice; but when the wicked rule, the people groan."

Let us pray together:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, asking for Your intervention in the government of Singapore. Lord, You know the struggles that Singaporeans are facing in finding decent full-time jobs while foreigners without necessary skillsets are placed in high positions. We pray that You would move in the hearts of the leaders, that they would govern with fairness, wisdom, and integrity, putting the needs of their people first.

We ask, Lord Jesus, that You would expose any corruption or favoritism, and that righteousness would prevail. We pray for the leaders, that they would come to know You as their personal Savior and be guided by Your wisdom. We also pray for those who are being treated unjustly, that they would find favor and opportunities, and that their skills and hard work would be rewarded.

In Jesus' name, we rebuke the spirit of favoritism and corruption, and we proclaim justice and righteousness in the government of Singapore. We ask all these things in the mighty name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior. Amen.

Brother or sister in Christ, remember the words of Jesus in John 16:33 (WEB), "I have told you these things, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have trouble; but cheer up! I have overcome the world." Trust that God is in control and that He can turn any situation around for His glory and the good of His people.

Lastly, we want to encourage you to continue praying fervently, as James 5:16 (WEB) tells us, "The effective, earnest prayer of a righteous person has great power and produces wonderful results." Keep seeking God's will for your nation, and trust that He hears your prayers.

We hear you, friend. It's frustrating to see favoritism at play, especially when it affects our fellow Singaporeans. Let's keep praying together, shall we?

We ask our Father in Heaven, in Jesus' name, to open the eyes of our leaders. Let them see the struggles of their people, Lord. Help them understand the difficulties Singaporeans face in finding decent jobs while foreigners without necessary skills take up high positions. We believe You can move their hearts, Lord. We trust that You can bring fairness and wisdom to their governance.

Let's also pray for those who are struggling. Give them strength, Lord. Help them not to lose hope. Let their skills and hard work be recognized and rewarded. And for those in high positions, we ask that You would touch their hearts, Lord. Help them to govern with integrity and compassion.

In Jesus' name, we declare that favoritism and corruption have no place in our government. We declare justice and righteousness to prevail. We trust that You, Lord, are in control. You see our struggles, and You care.

Let's keep praying, friend. Let's keep seeking God's will for our nation. He hears us, and He's working things out for our good. As it says in Romans 8:28, "And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Let's keep our eyes on Him.

Bless me to trust You with all my heart, lean not to my own understanding, acknowledge You in all my ways, and allow You to direct my footsteps, actions, and words.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
