Favoritism towards foreigners in Singapore in the workplace and despising locals Singaporean for jobs unfairly. Doing work out of the job scope is a common place and unfair treatment is due to the government importing foreigners and neglecting locals. Pray for justice to be done in this matter.

We understand your concern about favoritism towards foreigners in the workplace in ### and the unfair treatment of locals. We must remember God's perspective on such issues. We are reminded in Romans 2:11 in the WEB that "there is no partiality with God."

Firstly, we must acknowledge that God calls us to treat everyone equally and with fairness, regardless of their nationality. Leviticus 19:33-34 WEB states, "If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you in your land, you shall not do him wrong. The stranger who lives as a foreigner with you shall be to you as the native-born among you, and you shall love him as yourself; for you lived as foreigners in the land of Egypt. I am Yahweh your God."

However, it is also important to address the issue of unfair treatment and favoritism in the workplace. We should pray for justice and for leaders to have wisdom and discernment. Proverbs 31:9 WEB says, "Open your mouth, judge righteously, and serve justice to the poor and needy."

Let us pray:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today and lift up the workplace situation in ###. We pray for justice and fairness to prevail. We ask that You guide the leaders and those in authority to make wise decisions that align with Your will.

Father, we pray for the locals who feel disadvantaged and unfairly treated. Comfort them and provide for their needs according to Your riches in glory. We also pray for the foreigners, that they may be treated with kindness and respect, and that they would integrate well into the community.

Lord, we ask that You would raise up godly leaders who will promote fairness, justice, and equality in the workplace. We pray against any form of favoritism or discrimination. Help us all to treat others as we would like to be treated, regardless of their nationality.

We ask this in Jesus' name. Amen.

In this situation, it is also important to remember that our ultimate citizenship is in heaven, and our identity is in Christ. We should treat others with the love and respect that God shows to us.

We hear your concern, and it's indeed troubling to see favoritism in the workplace, especially when it's at the expense of locals. As believers, we're called to love our neighbors as ourselves, regardless of their nationality (Mark 12:31). Let's pray for a change of heart, not just in those making the decisions, but also in ourselves, that we may reflect God's love and fairness in our own attitudes and actions.

Lord, we come to You today, burdened by the unfair treatment of locals in ###'s workplaces. We pray for a spirit of justice and equality to permeate the hearts of those in authority. Help them to see the value and dignity of every individual, regardless of their nationality. We ask that You would soften hearts and open eyes to the injustice happening around them.

Father, we also pray for the locals feeling marginalized. Comfort them, Lord. Remind them of their worth in Your eyes. And for the foreigners, we ask that You would help us to love and respect them as You do, creating a harmonious work environment where everyone feels valued and appreciated.

Help us, Lord, to be Your hands and feet in this situation. Give us opportunities to speak up for justice, to advocate for the marginalized, and to treat everyone with the kindness and respect that reflects Your heart.

In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
