FAvorable treatement from the principle, the collegue that makes working schedules, and all other authorities and important people in the school and administrative workers, genitors, and cleaning ladies.
Special favor from the principle, understanding for me and me living far from the working place and without car and my gastric issues and diet (gastritis).
Increased salary, infact trippled salary, there are negociation going between teacher union and the governement. Most likely we will not accept miserable offer for raising of our salaries, the price of some products have been raised for 80% and they are offering us a raise of 2-6 %. Really undermining!! The same thing is going on for decades, our profession is really downgraded/demoted. Many of employees that have only highschool (( they have12 years of education, and we teachers have 16 or 17 years education)) in public institutions have even higher salaries then us. Also conducters/ticket controlleurs in the train have same or higher salary then us, nurses beginners have higher salary then me with 20 years of working in educational system.
We will probably go on strike. Pray that they will not trick us like couple times in the past, where we have with time lost our benefits from the contract with the governement.
