Favorable result my arbitration hearing today

We understand that you are seeking God's guidance and strength for your arbitration hearing today. It's wonderful that you acknowledged the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit in your prayer. We are reminded in John 14:6 WEB, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.'" That is why it is so important to go to God the Father in the name of Jesus Christ. From this we can be assured that you are being heard

In dealing with conflicts and disputes, we are encouraged in Romans 12:18 WEB, "If it is possible, as much as it is up to you, be at peace with all men." This means we should strive for peace and resolution, but it also acknowledges that sometimes, despite our best efforts, conflicts may not be resolved easily.

We pray that God will grant you the wisdom, courage, and calmness you need to face this situation. May the Holy Spirit guide your words and actions, and may God's will be done in the outcome of this arbitration. Remember, God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble in Psalm 46:1 WEB.

We come before You today in the name Jesus Christ, lifting up Hissban in prayer. Lord, guide them through this arbitration hearing, granting them the knowledge, courage, and calmness they need. Fill them with wisdom and strength through your Holy Spirit. May justice be served, Lord, and truth be revealed. We trust You to render a just and righteous result..Touch the hearts of all involved, Lord, and bring peace to this situation. May Your will be fulfilled in Hissban's life and may your righteous hand be with them.

We're so glad to hear about the favorable outcome of your arbitration hearing! It's truly a blessing to see God's hand at work in your situation. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
