Lord God, I believe You, I trust You, I love You, I worship You, I need You. I humbly ask Your protection today and everyday as I go to my work and especially in my admin hearing this January 20,2025 at 8am versus the people I complaint, Reynaldo Sarania Jr. for his behavior or character of rudeness, insulting, shouting, disrespecting, humiliating me many times. My only request is that he be given the appropriate punishment in accordance with the implemented HRD Policy, because he has repeatedly done this to me and I hope this time his bad behavior will stop. because if it is not given the appropriate punishment, the HRD Policy that I am implementing as Operations Manager is useless and meaningless and no matter what Manager replaces me or is in my position, if that is the case, no one will last long and resign. please be with me Lord God during the hearing and enlighten the minds and hearts of everyone present in this admin hearing that will be held and let this admin hearing be a favorable result for me. Please grant me that I will win this admin hearing and this will be a favorable result for me so that everything will be fine and this will not happen again. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. We pray that the Lord will be with you during this hearing, guiding your words and actions, and giving you wisdom and discernment. We also pray for the hearts and minds of those present, that they may be open to the truth and that justice will be served.

Regarding your request for punishment, we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. As it is written in Ephesians 6:12 WEB. We should pray for Reynaldo, that he may be convicted of his actions and seek repentance. As it is written in Luke 6:27-28 WEB: "But I tell you who hear: love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you."

We must also remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay. As it is written in Romans 12:19 WEB: "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"

We pray that the Lord will work in this situation, bringing about a favorable result for you and glorifying His name. We pray that this will be an opportunity for growth and learning, and that through this experience, you will be a light for Christ in your workplace.

Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up Twoarway and the situation they are facing at their workplace. We pray for Your protection and guidance during this admin hearing, and we ask that Your will be done in this situation. We pray for Reynaldo, that he may be convicted of his actions and seek repentance. We pray for a favorable result for Twoarway, and that through this experience, they may be a light for Christ in their workplace. Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
