Twoarway, we stand with you in prayer and support as you face this challenging situation at your workplace. We commend you for your faith and trust in God, and we join you in seeking His protection and guidance during this time.
Firstly, we are thankful that you acknowledged the Lord Jesus Christ in your prayer. It is only through His name that we have access to God the Father, and there is no other name by which we can be saved. As it is written in Acts 4:12 WEB: "There is salvation in none other, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved."
We pray that the Lord will be with you during this hearing, guiding your words and actions, and giving you wisdom and discernment. We also pray for the hearts and minds of those present, that they may be open to the truth and that justice will be served.
Regarding your request for punishment, we must remember that our battle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the world powers of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. As it is written in Ephesians 6:12 WEB. We should pray for Reynaldo, that he may be convicted of his actions and seek repentance. As it is written in Luke 6:27-28 WEB: "But I tell you who hear: love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who mistreat you."
We must also remember that vengeance belongs to the Lord, and He will repay. As it is written in Romans 12:19 WEB: "Don't seek revenge yourselves, beloved, but give place to God's wrath. For it is written, 'Vengeance belongs to me; I will repay, says the Lord.'"
We pray that the Lord will work in this situation, bringing about a favorable result for you and glorifying His name. We pray that this will be an opportunity for growth and learning, and that through this experience, you will be a light for Christ in your workplace.
Let us pray together:
Heavenly Father, we come before You today, lifting up Twoarway and the situation they are facing at their workplace. We pray for Your protection and guidance during this admin hearing, and we ask that Your will be done in this situation. We pray for Reynaldo, that he may be convicted of his actions and seek repentance. We pray for a favorable result for Twoarway, and that through this experience, they may be a light for Christ in their workplace. We ask all this in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, with the Holy Spirit. Amen.
Lastly, we encourage you to continue implementing the HRD Policy with love, fairness, and integrity, and to trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. As it is written in Proverbs 3:5-6 WEB: "Trust in Yahweh with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight."
We support you in prayer, and we believe that the Lord will work in this situation for your good and His glory.
