We understand your situation, ###, and we want to assure you that God cares about even the small details of our lives. In this time of inconvenience, let's turn to God's word for comfort and guidance.
Firstly, we should always acknowledge Jesus Christ in all of our requests. It is only by His name that we have access to God the Father which gives us salvation, authority, and power. As scriptures say, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus," in I Timothy 2:5 WEB.
It is also said that, "whatever you will ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you will ask anything in my name, I will do it" in John 14:13,14 WEB. We ask for all things in Jesus's name. "Most certainly I tell you, whatever you may ask the Father in my name, he will give you. Until now, you have asked nothing in my name. Ask, and you will receive, that your joy may be made full." said Jesus in John 16:23,24 WEB.
In this case, let's also remember to be patient in times of trouble, as it is said "Rejoice in hope. Be patient in suffering. Continue steadfastly in prayer." in Romans 12:12 WEB.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before you in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###'s situation to you. Lord, we ask for your grace and mercy upon their life as they wait for their new ATM card. Father, we pray that you work on their behalf, and that the new card arrives swiftly and without any complications. I am not sure if this is a debit or credit card, but I pray that it is not used unwisely to accumulate debt that is beyond their ability to repay quickly. Help us all to be better stewarts of any money you have given them to manage. In the meantime, we ask for patience and peace to fill their heart as they wait. We repent if we have been distracted and focused on these kinds of small and minor struggles. May they face any other challenges in this time with perseverance and faith, trusting that "all things work together for good." as prescribed in Romans 8:28 in WEB. We may even look at our blessings that are easy to forget such as food to eat every day that we do not have to work for that day. Thank Jesus for the amenities of living in this modern world such as clean drinking water that we tend to overlook, but cause us distress when we cannot find it.
We ask this in the name of Jesus Christ.
Let us also remember the importance of tithing and giving to the needy, as the word teaches, "Honor Yahweh with your substance, with the first fruits of all your increase:" in Proverbs 3:9 WEB.
Be encouraged, ###, knowing that God is in control and also thank God for blessing you every day, usually many times over and we typically do not have to work hard like other parts of the world do. Reach out for salvation to the only part of the trinity of God that came to earth to die for you and I. Believe in Him, confess with your mouth that He came to the earth to die for your sins and that He was resurrected from the dead. Believe in your heart that He did this for you then you are saved. "That if you will confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord, and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved." as told in Romans 10:9 WEB. After this we have many commandments to follow in being obedient to God out of our love for Him.
