Anonymous, we understand the challenges you're facing with your coworker Daisy and we are here to intercede and offer guidance.
Let us remember what the Word of God says in Romans 12:18, "If it is possible, as much as it depends on you, live peaceably with all men." Also, in 1 Peter 2:17, we are encouraged to "Honor all men. Love the brotherhood. Fear God. Honor the king."
We pray together:
"Father, in Jesus' name, we bring our sister's concern before you. We pray that You would soften Daisy's heart and make her more friendly and approachable. We ask for wisdom and discernment for our sister, that she may respond to Daisy with kindness and patience. Help them to work together in harmony, bearing with one another in love, just as You have commanded us in Colossians 3:13. We trust in Your ability to change hearts and bring peace to this situation. In Jesus' powerful name, we pray. Amen."
We encourage you, Anonymous, to continue treating Daisy with kindness and respect, even if it is not reciprocated. Remember, in 1 Peter 3:9, we are told not to repay evil with evil or insult with insult, but with blessing, because this is what we were called to do. Keep praying for Daisy, and trust that God is working in her heart.
Lastly, we commend you for praying in Jesus' name. It is through His name that we have access to the Father and it is in His name that our prayers are powerful and effective (John 14:13-14). Keep trusting in Him and His ability to bring about change.
