Favor & Establishment on Job

[Intercessor]

I ask to be established on my job. Practically, that I be "early to bed and early to rise," for wisdom, creativity and for a "solid work ethic," especially so we can be good witnesses and spend our minutes, hours and days productively "making the most of the time" (Col 4:5, Eph 5:15-16). I ask for technological aptitudes and smoothness, a Christian Work Ethic, "so that your daily life may win the respect of outsiders and so that you will not be dependent on anybody" (1 Thes 4:12). I ask for "favor and good repute In the sight of God and man" (Prov 3:3-4). May I further the Kingdom with prayer & financially and be "The Head and not the Tail" (Deut 28). May God "pour out a blessing that cannot be contained" and "Rebuke the devourer" as He says He will do when we tithe, (Malachi 3:10-11), in Jesus' Name.

Holy God and loving Father, I consciously place my fears, worries, anxieties, and burdens in your hands. I know that I have so little power to change the outcome of these events and I trust that you will work what is pleasing to you, and best for me, out of these situations. Forgive me for my anxious thoughts and for letting my own worry become an idol that robs you of my full trust. Strengthen and empower me to trust you more by the power and presence of your Spirit. In Jesus' name I pray. Amen
