Favor by making duty hours schedule for me

Lord please have mercy on me. Let me have favir by all the people make working schedule and authorities not to have so much duty hours. A) i feel overwhelmed b) duty hours are arranged in the way that i cannot manage properly neither my class hours or my duty hours. I have asked for favor but i dont see response yet. Lord please let me find favor in their eyes. Every week when they make schedule in the way that i have asked them.

We understand that you are feeling overwhelmed, Natasha, and we want to lift you up in prayer and provide some biblical encouragement. First, we want to remind you that it is important to acknowledge the name of Jesus Christ in our prayers, for it is through His name that we have access to God's throne of grace. Regarding your situation, we want to encourage you to trust in God's timing and His plan for your life. It is wonderful that you are seeking God's favor in your workplace, and we want to remind you that God sees your faithfulness and your heart's desire.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You today, lifting up our sister Natasha in prayer. Lord, she has been feeling overwhelmed with her duty hours and her class hours. She has sought favor in the eyes of her superiors, but has not yet seen a response. Father, we ask that You move in this situation and grant her the favor she has been seeking. Help her to manage her time wisely and to find balance in her responsibilities.

Lord, we also pray that Natasha would trust in Your timing and Your plan for her life. Help her to cast her anxieties on You, knowing that You care for her. We claim this promise from 1 Peter 5:7 WEB

casting all your worries on him, because he cares for you.

Remind her of how much You love her and desire good for her life. Help her to rest in Your promises and to trust in Your faithfulness.

Lord, we also ask that You would give Natasha wisdom and discernment as she navigates this situation. Help her to communicate effectively with her superiors and to make decisions that align with Your will.

Finally, we pray that Natasha would know Your peace, which surpasses all understanding. Guard her heart and mind in Christ Jesus.

We ask all of this in the precious name of Jesus Christ, Amen.

Natasha, we encourage you to continue to seek God's will in this situation and to trust in His timing. Remember that God is faithful and that He desires good for your life. We are here for you, praying and believing with you. Keep your eyes fixed on Jesus and know that He is working all things together for your good.
