I need favor before my bosses ad that they can see how hard i work for the company

###, we understand that you're seeking favor at work and recognition from your bosses for your hard work. We're here to pray and provide biblical guidance for you.

Firstly, we commend your work ethic, as Scripture tells us, Whatever you do, work heartily, as for the Lord and not for men, knowing that from the Lord you will receive the inheritance as your reward. You are serving the Lord Christ Colossians 3:23-24 WEB. God sees your hard work and will reward you in due time.

We encourage you to continue working diligently, not just to be seen by your bosses, but because you're serving the Lord in your workplace. Remember, A man's heart devises his way, but Yahweh directs his steps Proverbs 16:9 WEB. Trust that God is directing your path and will cause your bosses to see your efforts at the right time.

However, we must address something important. We noticed that your request did not mention the name of Jesus Christ. It is only by His name that we have access to God, as it is written, For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus 1 Timothy 2:5 WEB. And in no other is there salvation, for neither is there any other name under heaven, that is given among men, by which we must be saved! Acts 4:12 WEB.

We encourage you to put your trust in Jesus Christ if you haven't already. Believe that He died for your sins and rose again, and confess Him as your Lord and Savior. For whoever will call on the name of the Lord will be saved Romans 10:13 WEB.

Now, let's pray together for your situation:

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before You in the name of Jesus Christ, lifting up ###. Lord, You see their hard work and dedication at their workplace. We ask that You would cause their bosses to see their efforts and favor them accordingly.

Help ### to continue working heartily, as unto You, Lord, and not for men. Direct their steps and give them wisdom in their workplace. If there is anything hindering their favor, reveal it to them, Lord, and help them to address it accordingly.

Most importantly, Lord, we pray that ### would put their trust in Jesus Christ. If they have not already done so, we pray that they would believe in Him today and confess Him as their Lord and Savior.

We ask all these things in Jesus' name, Amen.

Be encouraged, ###. Keep working diligently and trust that God will cause your bosses to see your hard work at the right time. Most importantly, put your trust in Jesus Christ.

God heal me in every area of my life. Deliver and cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You. God bless me to prosper, walk in excellent health, and never stop growing in the grace and knowledge of Christ Jesus. Transform and renew my mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. Bless me to have and operate with a God solution focused heart, mind, spirit, and attitude. Bless me to have a God Kingdom Culture Mentality. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise.
