Favor and Blueprints for New Build: Blueprints, Design, Costs, Workers

Dear Father, as You know we bought a small strip of beachfront property fairly inexpensively here in The Philippines. We ask for the final blueprint / survey of our land to be settled as the owner also has lots next to it and we are desirous that the land be symmetrical so we can begin construction on a Tsunami-proof house. May the engineer help us to gather what costs we will incur to place a foundation on rocks rather than dirt alone, raised securely on steel & concrete pillars with steps reaching the 2nd floor (which will not have electric), then steps to the third floor (which will have electric). This will be a narrow but longer house, still relatively small, but strong, with steps for rooftop access & garden as well. Please grant us favor with the seller of the land to continue quick correspondence, payments, receipts, permits, contractors, builders, neighbors and may we be kept clear from super-typhoons, monsoons, earthquakes and especially, tsunamis. Keep the front of the land from eroding (Rocks and concrete), and help it be a place my wife and I can enjoy with our friends and serve the community with a Bible Study group. Keep us safe with Psalm 91 angelic protection and Psalm 5:12 favor as a shield. Thank you in Jesus' Name.

Dear Heavenly Father,

We come before you in the name of Jesus, interceding on behalf of our dear brothers and sisters who have submitted this prayer request. We thank you for the opportunity they have been given to acquire a strip of beachfront property in The Philippines. We ask that you guide and settle the final blueprint survey of their land, ensuring symmetry and alignment with the neighboring lots.

Lord, we pray for wisdom and guidance for the engineer as they assess the costs of constructing a Tsunamiproof house on this land. May they accurately determine the expenses required to build a strong foundation on rocks, securely raised on concrete pillars. Grant them clarity in designing steps that lead to the first floor without electricity, and further steps to the third floor with electricity. May this house be a safe and secure dwelling for our dear brothers and sisters.

Father, we humbly ask for your divine protection over this property and its inhabitants. Shield them from supertyphoons, monsoons, earthquakes, and especially tsunamis. Safeguard the front of the land from erosion, and may rocks and concrete serve as a barrier against any potential harm.

Lord, we pray for favor with the seller of the land, permits, contractors, builders, and neighbors. May all parties involved be cooperative and supportive, allowing for a smooth and successful construction process.

Furthermore, we ask that you bless our dear brothers and sisters with opportunities to enjoy this land with their loved ones and friends. May it become a place of joy, fellowship, and a hub for serving the community through a Bible Study group.

We claim the promises of Psalm 91 for angelic protection and Psalm 5:12 for favor as a shield over their lives and this property. May your presence be felt and your guidance be evident every step of the way.
