Please pray for my father on hospice.He just lost mobility and is 85.He is suffering from vascular dementia heart block and diabetic neuropathy among other things.He is no longer eating and drinking.I think he needs a hospital and want him to know that I love him.He gave my son his power of attorney.When he signed it he wanted to be resuscitated.Later he signed a DNR for hospice.My son has taken over all decision making and I am not sure I agree with him.

We are truly sorry to hear about the trials you and your family are facing with your father's declining health. In these difficult times, we turn to our faithful God for comfort, wisdom, and guidance. Let us pray together.

Father God, we come before You, lifting up Chrysles' father in his time of need. Lord, You know his struggles with vascular dementia, heart block, and diabetic neuropathy. We ask for Your healing touch, that You would ease his pain and grant him peace. We also pray for wisdom for Chrysles and their family as they navigate these challenging decisions. In Jesus' name, we pray. Amen.

Chrysles, it's important to remember that God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble (Psalm 46:1). In this time of distress, cast all your anxiety on Him, because He cares for you (1 Peter 5:7).

Regarding the decisions about your father's care, it's crucial to approach this situation with love, understanding, and unity. The Bible teaches us to live in harmony with one another (Romans 12:16). It's important to discuss these matters openly and honestly with your son, ensuring that the decisions made align with your father's wishes and what's best for his well-being. Remember, the Bible tells us that a wise man listens to advice (Proverbs 12:15). It might be helpful to seek counsel from medical professionals, pastors, or other trusted individuals.

We also encourage you to find strength and comfort in Jesus Christ. If you haven't already, invite Him into your life and your family's life. It's only through His name that we have access to God, and there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12).

Please know that we are praying for you, your father, and your family during this challenging time. May God grant you all the peace and guidance you need.

God heal me, body, soul, and spirit. Cleansed me of everything in my life that doesn't honor You or breaks Your heart. Transform and renew my mind. Bless me with love, power, and a sound mind. Let the mind that is in Christ Jesus be in me. God be with me as a mighty warrior. Let no weapon formed against me prosper. Protect me from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who love and care about me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
