Let's pray:

Father, we come before You in Jesus' name, lifting up ### and ###. We ask that You would remove any negativity or unforgiveness that may be lingering between them. Help them to treat each other with kindness, respect, and fairness, just as You treat us. Enable them to work together as a team, reflecting the unity that You desire for all believers.

Lord, we also pray for ###'s sensitivity. Help her to find her strength and identity in You, so that she may be able to handle criticism and insults with grace and humility. Remind her that "If God is for us, who can be against us?" (Romans 8:31 WEB).

Finally, Father, we ask that You would bless their working relationship, that it may be a testimony of Your love and grace to those around them.
