Father please take away my burdens, stress, pains and this situation. Please Father help me. Please give wisdom to ###, ###, and ###. Allow ### to talk to me and give his full interest in the case. Please Father judge will see that how my management has put me down. Father when my manager talking down to me and putting false allegations, giving personal comments about my menorrhagia condition, my anxiety issues and when I was raising my concerns to senior manager then he did the same. No action was taken from management. Now decision manager came and said that ### policy is for people who are disabled. He would not consider my concerns about how management behaviours with me, regardless of showing him my evidence. Father You have seen my suffering. You have seen my condition that how menorrhagia and anxiety is finishing me. You have seen that how I was requesting my management to speak to me nicely don't insult me, don't talk down to me. But now decision manager is saying that I don't class under disability so my concerns about management behaviours would not be considered. Father does that mean any one can insult me ???? I thought this is govt body and in civil service is a zero tolerance policy. Then why they have done to me.... Father my manager kept taking me into a room and alone she was keep harassing me. I was requesting everyone that I didn't want to go with her alone into the room. But no action was taken .... This is one year and still I can't get justice. They put false allegations on me... Creating false allegations on me. I can't forget that time. Please Father help me. Send me a person who is honest. Who will consider that these are wrong behaviours. I pray in Your Holy name Amen
