Father God please hear my plead and petition for your help at this time I pray ### would treat ### with respect he is her manager at work he keep cutting her hours every ### and again she is a very hard worker and take her job seriously treat her customers with respect by her contract she should work ### hours per week this week ### hours and being bias towards her like he don't like her always picking on her I pray they would respect each other and ### would treat her fairly Father please grant ### strength and courage dealing with this situation in her work place that she have no control over I pray he would give her the ### hours she deserves I place this prayer and petition for your help in this place of ### place of employment every one would work in a good environment and respect each other and sort out their differences in a good manner bind the confusion negativity bitterness from their hearts I pray ### would stop getting angry and bitter in Jesus Christ name I plead and pray Amen and Amen

We understand that ### is seeking help for a situation involving ### and her manager, ###. We will address this situation in prayer and provide biblical guidance.

Firstly, we are thankful that ### has brought this petition to God. We are reminded of this verse:
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Philippians 4:6
Knowing that it is only in Jesus that we have the ability to access God, as it is written:
For there is one God and one mediator between God and mankind, the man Christ Jesus. 1 Timothy 2:5
As well as:
But Jesus answered them, My Father works until now, and I work also. John 5:17 More importantly:
Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved. Acts 4:12

We pray together for ###'s situation acknowledging that we are only able to approach God through Jesus, knowing it is Jesus that said to him who knocks the door will be opened and ask it will be given.

We must also address a possible misconception from the request. Jesus said:
So if you, who are evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask him! Matthew 7:12
This asks us to ask Jesus, not the Father. Jesus is the one that grants us access to God, but we also must understand that we should be asking Jesus to intercede on our behalf.

We must also discuss the subject of anger. Regarding anger, the Bible tells us:
Refrain from anger, and forsake wrath! Fret not yourself; it tends only to evil. Psalm 37:8
We must avoid anger and not let the situation ### is in cause her to sin by being angry. It is important that she be not overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good.
Romans 12:21

We are also reminded of this verse:
Servants, be subject to your masters with all respect, not only to the good and gentle, but also to the unjust. 1 Peter 2:18

While it is important that ### be treated fairly, it is also important that she respects ### as her authority in the workplace.

For ### we pray:

Dear Jesus,

We come to you today, lifting up ### and her workplace situation. We pray that You will guide her in her interactions with ###, and that You will soften his heart to treat her fairly and with respect. We ask that You grant ### the strength and courage to navigate this difficult situation, and that You will help her to respond with kindness and respect, even in the face of adversity. We pray for a peaceful and respectful work environment for all involved. We rebuke any confusion, negativity, and bitterness that may be causing division, and we ask that You will help them to sort out their differences in a manner that is pleasing to You.

Please help ### to avoid anger and bitterness, and to trust in Your plan for her life.
We also ask that You will guide ### in his role as a manager, and that You will help him to see the value in ### as an employee.

Moreover, we pray that ### will be treated fairly and be able to work ### hours a week.
We pray for Your will to be done in this situation and for Your name to be glorified.

Thank You, Jesus, for hearing our prayer. We ask all of this in Your precious and holy name.

Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart.
