Father please pray for Iran and give them Strength to make amends for past injustices and to right the wrongs of history by the choices we make today. Fill us with courage that we might seek to heal wounds, build bridges, forgive and be forgiven, and establish peace and equality for all in our communities. In Jesus' name we pray. Amen.

Heavenly Father,

We come before You with hearts full of hope and faith, lifting up the nation of Iran in prayer. Lord, Your Word tells us in Isaiah 40:31, "But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint." We ask that You grant the people of Iran the strength and courage to address and amend past injustices.

Father, fill each heart with the spirit of reconciliation and forgiveness. As it is written in 2 Chronicles 7:14, "If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and will heal their land." May this promise be fulfilled in Iran, bringing healing and peace.

Guide the leaders and citizens alike to make choices that build bridges, heal wounds, and establish peace and equality within their communities. Let Your peace, which surpasses all understanding (Philippians 4:7), guard their hearts and minds in Christ Jesus.

We pray for a spirit of unity and love to prevail, as You have commanded us to love one another (John 13:34). May forgiveness flow freely, and may the people of Iran experience the transformative power of Your grace and mercy.
