I ask for guidance for ###. That is future steps be guided by God alone. I pray the favor of the Lord be upon him and the offer from ###. I pray that all other negotiations fail.

Praying with you, in the mighty name of Jesus I pray, amen.

We should also be mindful of the words of Jesus in Matthew 6:10 WEB, Let your Kingdom come. Let your will be done, as in heaven, so on earth.

Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You today, lifting up this person and their future steps. We pray that Your will be done in their life and that Your guidance would be clear and evident. We ask that You would shut the door on any offer or negotiation that is not in alignment with Your will, no matter how attractive it may seem. We claim Your promise that You will guide them.
Lord, we also pray for their heart and that they will find their contentment and happiness in You rather than in an offer or negotiation. Please give them the wisdom and discernment to make decisions and the strength to fully accept Your will and walk in it.
We pray all of this in the name of Jesus Christ, who taught us to pray and is the only way to You.
While we pray for God's will to be done, we should also remember that God's ways are higher than our ways, and His thoughts higher than our thoughts. Isaiah 55:8-9

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.
