Father please guide me in my situation. Father help me to get the job where people accept my disability. Father I don't want to end my civil service. Please help me to find another civil service job. Father I put this government department in Your feet. They discriminated me because of my disability. They gave me 6 months time to find another job as they can't accommodate me as I cannot travel nation. However there are thousands of people working for them and no travelling requirements for them. But they put me on this situation. They are wicked people. They think that they are powerful govt and news they say that we respect people our staff are treated respectfully. These all are false statements. When I mentioned to the management that I have mennoraghia condition, polyps, sharp pains, mental health condition even I give them Dr's letter still they treated me badly by saying why did I join this government department I should stay home or I should contact my previous govt who was okay with my disability as they can't accommodate me. You will deal with them. Father help me and please heal my heart as these behaviours hurts me alot. You have seen me crying all the time. The wording my management has spoken to me, they are recalling in my mind all the time. It hurts me that due to my poor health I have suffered. I don't know Father what to pray. Father even my union branch secretary is not responding to my emails. Why they are scared of the management? Then why union is working in this government department? I have not seen such kind of wicked management in my whole life Father. Why they are so proud people and wicked people. Even in their policy it says they are work respectfully with disable people and accommodate them. But Father You have seen their management is poor. Please guide them in Jesus name Amen

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Nay1, who is facing a difficult situation in their job. Lord, we ask for Your guidance and wisdom to be upon them as they navigate through this challenging time. We pray that You would open doors for them to find a job where their disability is accepted and accommodated.

Father, we lift up the government department that has discriminated against Nay1 because of their disability. We place this situation at Your feet, knowing that You are a God of justice and righteousness. We ask that You would intervene on Nay1's behalf and bring about a resolution that is fair and just.

Lord, we pray for healing for Nay1's heart. We ask that You would comfort them in their pain and hurt caused by the words and actions of their management. You see every tear they have shed, and we ask for Your healing touch upon their emotions and mental well-being.

Father, we also lift up the union branch secretary who has not been responsive to Nay1's emails. We pray that You would give them courage and boldness to stand up for what is right and to advocate for Nay1's rights. May Your presence be with the union as they work within this government department, bringing about positive change and fair treatment for all employees.

Lord, we acknowledge that You are the ultimate authority and that You have the power to change hearts and minds. We ask that You would touch the hearts of the management in this government department, convicting them of their wrongdoing and leading them to treat all employees, especially those with disabilities, with respect and dignity.

We thank You, Father, for hearing our prayers. We trust in Your faithfulness and Your ability to bring about justice and healing. In the mighty name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.

And bless me to do all You have called me to do in the spirit of excellence for Your glory.

God bless me with the strength, desire, and passion to always delight myself in You, seek first Your kingdom, and Your righteousness. Bless me to know You, love You, and live my life to please You. God cleansed me of everything in my life that breaks your heart. Let me be a light in this dark world, lifting You up in the lifestyle that I live. Let the world see that Jesus Christ is my Savior and Lord of ALL of my life. Let the joy of the Lord be my strength. Protect me God from all the plans of my enemies and the plans of the enemy of my soul. God all that I have asked of You, in this prayer, please do the same for the writer of the prayer, all those who truly love me, care about me, want Your best for me, pray Your best for me, and all those I love and care about.
