Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Your servant, who works diligently with Jane and Ben and seeks a spirit of understanding and peace as they discuss the matter of timely payment. We ask that You open hearts and minds so that their conversation may be met with understanding and respect. Lord, Your Word in *Proverbs 3:27* encourages us, βDo not withhold good from those to whom it is due, when it is in your power to act.β May this family feel a sense of responsibility and compassion, enabling them to honor the work done with prompt and fair compensation.
Father, we lift up this request for strength and courage to approach these situations without fear. Let Your servant know that You are with them, providing words of grace and truth, as *2 Timothy 1:7* reminds us, βFor God gave us a spirit not of fear but of power and love and self-control.β May they stand firm in the confidence You give, sharing their needs honestly and clearly, without fear of misunderstanding or offense.
We pray, Lord, that You remove any potential for offense or ill feelings, allowing Jane and Ben to respond with kindness and understanding. Remind them of *Ephesians 4:32*, βBe kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.β May their interactions be blessed by patience, clarity, and mutual respect.
Lord, we also ask that You provide for every need of Your faithful servant, trusting in *Psalm 23:1*, βThe Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.β We thank You, Father, for hearing this prayer, for being the source of courage and provision, and for bringing peace and goodwill to all involved. May Your love and wisdom guide each step of this conversation.
In Jesusβ name, Amen.
