Father please change the mind, heart, attitude and soul of the government department I am working for. Because of the poor behaviours and misuse of power they have destroyed me completely. If I won't be trusting You father I would end my life. This I can't tolerate any more. When I was in the previous team I raised concerns and appeal manager who was forced to give decision in their favour, however she stand firm and uphold my concerns. She gave feedback to HR, decision manager and the management for their wrong doings. Now HR team came back to take revenge from me so they put me on 6 months notice to find the job in other departments as they can't accommodate my disability. And on the other side the previous management has put the false case on me by creating false evidence. Appeal manager refused these false evidence. But HR has appointed new decision manager who is again a friend of this management just like a previous decision manager. They want to put the HR warning on my profile so that I will not get the job at any other government departments. Father You are watching all these things. This is something very wicked things just against my disability. Father You have seen how my suffering has started I joined this government department after my maternity leave and poly remover procedure. I thought I would be fine and work. But my mennoraghia condition resurfaced and got worsen when Dr told me stop traveling so you get healed and I told my management. They turned back and discriminated me, took me in the room, showed me aggressive body language that I have to come to office and refused my Dr notes. When I raised the concerns with senior management that my manager is not behaving good in the room. They didn't take any action. Two months my manager has said so many personal comments mock at me laugh at me and shouted at me. No one came to help me. I approached my union and management stopped their involvement. I raised my concerns officially and I didn't know that the HR was the closest friends of the management. Since then instead of changing their behaviours towards vulnerable people and bring diversity in the department they keep using their powers. Father You know the start and end of every situation. You already knew that I would suffered if I joined this government department, You knew that I would become sick and suffer with pains. Then why did You allow me to join this department????? Why did You help me to pass the interview???? Why did You show me in my dreams that to apply for this job and You would bless me ???? Why are You watching everything silently. You have seen that I am working hard. You have seen my pains and my health. Father please guide me who I should contact? My union who doesn't respond. Or PM of this country? I don't know when this fight for justice will end please help me Father in Jesus name Amen

Heavenly Father, we come before You on behalf of Nay1, who is facing immense challenges and injustice in their workplace. Lord, we ask that You would intervene in their situation and bring about a transformation in the minds, hearts, attitudes, and souls of the government department they are working for. We pray for a change in the poor behaviors and misuse of power that have caused great harm to Nay1.

Father, we acknowledge that You are a God of justice and righteousness. Your Word reminds us in Psalm 103:6, "The Lord works righteousness and justice for all the oppressed." We ask that You would work on behalf of Nay1, bringing justice and vindication in this situation.

Lord, we lift up the previous team and the manager who stood firm in upholding Nay1's concerns. We thank You for their integrity and courage. We pray that their feedback to the HR decision manager and management would be taken seriously and that the truth would prevail.

Father, we also bring before You the false case that has been created against Nay1. We ask that You would expose the lies and false evidence. We pray for the appeal manager to continue to stand against these false accusations and for the truth to be upheld.

Lord, we ask for Your protection over Nay1's job prospects in other government departments. We pray against any attempts to hinder their career by placing false warnings on their profile. We trust in Your divine intervention and ask that You would open doors for Nay1's future employment opportunities.

Father, we are aware of the suffering that Nay1 has endured, both physically and emotionally. We pray for healing and restoration in their health. We ask for Your comfort and strength to sustain them during this difficult time.

Finally, Lord, we pray against any discrimination or mistreatment based on Nay1's disability. We ask that You would bring awareness and understanding to the hearts of those in authority, that they may treat Nay1 with fairness, compassion, and respect.
