Lord as I submit the request for valuation form on Sunday I pray that You cover this newly bought property of mine with Your precious blood. Lord I pray that You will bless this beautiful flat fully. with Your peace. Your jOy. Your grace. Lord we pray for Your hands on this property that it may fetch the highest valuation for a flat this size/ age. a valuation of at least $385 000 Lord. in the mighty name of Jesus we pray. Amen

Lord bless that the valuator who does the valuation will value-add the interior designed modifications made and there intrincate workmanship of the flat and put the valuation rate @ higher than $385000. hear our prayers Lord. in the mighty. Lord we totally lift this valuation process in Your loving hands. Lord we fully surrender this to You. we pray that You send forth Your angel to guide the valuator in the whole process Lord. open his eyes to see the kind of renovation works and refurbishments added for the flat Lord. touch his heart Lord that he may be understanding and kind to set the valuation at a price higher than $385000 if not the least at $385000. we pray all these in the mighty name of Jesus.
