Father in heaven, you alone know my thoughts and the longings of my heart. Make a way so that my dreams will come true so that I will no longer feel sad or anxious. For you tell us to be anxious for nothing and with prayer and supplication let our requests be known and if we delight in you; you will give us the desires of our heart. Forgive me Yahweh for all my sins including missing church today, I still seek you but please do not let pain cause me to falter away from you.
 
O Glorious Trinity hear our voice of prayer according to the multitude of thy mercy. O loving and kind god Jesus Christ, my lord and my savior bless them and be with them. Make us worthy to receive your blessings. May your name be glorified now and forever Amen.
 
I really appreciate the honesty in this persons per your Lord and as they say be anxious for nothing but by prayer and petition with thanksgiving present our request to you and your peace which passes all understanding will guard your heart in Christ Jesus. please bring this to pass to this person putting up the request who have sadness and anxiety in their heart. may your Holy Spirit fill them and guide so they with follow after you day by day by day.
