Shatsham, we join you in lifting up your concerns to our Heavenly Father. We are grateful for your heart of thanksgiving and your trust in God's continued work in your life.
Firstly, we want to remind you of God's promise in Philippians 4:13 (WEB), "I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me." This includes building confidence in yourself, your marriage, and your education. Remember, the confidence we have is not in our own strength, but in the power of Christ who dwells within us.
We also want to address the struggles you've faced due to your childhood. Psalm 147:3 (WEB) tells us that God "heals the brokenhearted, and binds up their wounds." We pray that God will heal any past wounds that are hindering your confidence and assertiveness. We pray that you will grow into the fullness of who God created you to be, as Ephesians 3:16-19 (WEB) encourages.
Regarding your finances, we are reminded of God's promise in Philippians 4:19 (WEB), "My God will supply every need of yours according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus." We pray that God will provide for your financial needs and guide you in managing your resources wisely.
We also want to encourage you to continue being faithful to God, as He is faithful to you. As 1 Corinthians 10:13 (WEB) promises, "No temptation has taken you except what is common to man. God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted above what you are able, but will with the temptation also make the way of escape, that you may be able to endure it."
However, we noticed that your prayer does not mention the name of Jesus. As John 14:6 (WEB) tells us, "Jesus said to him, 'I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father, except through me.'" It is only through Jesus that we have access to the Father. We encourage you to pray in Jesus' name, as it is through His sacrifice that we are saved and have access to God's presence.
Let us pray together:
Dear Heavenly Father,
We come before You in the name of Jesus, lifting up Shatsham. Thank You for Your continued work in their life. We ask that You would build their confidence in themselves, their marriage, and their education. Heal any past wounds that are hindering them, Lord. Provide for their financial needs, and guide them in managing their resources wisely. Help them to grow into the fullness of who You created them to be. All these things we ask in Jesus' name. Amen.
