Father - I need Your Guidance

Dear Father.

I need your guidance and help.

I am in a particular jam now with my business finances and personal finances. During the hard times over the last 18 months, I invested my own money to keep my company open.

I am now in foreclosure with my home and my company is not making money.

I do have an option and a miracle that can save me and my company.

You see, I have real estate financing that could happen. I've worked since July to obtain a large loan for a client, ###, to refinance his property. I have a term sheet from ### and ###, ready to be signed. ### is complaining saying it's too expensive, but this is the market and I can't make the interest rates go down.

I pray Father that you can encourage ### to sign this term sheet tomorrow and then all my financial problems will be solved. Please strongly encourage ###. His loan is already in default, so he needs to take an option. Father, please ensure that the option I have is the option he takes tomorrow.

Father, I really need this, otherwise I am not sure what I will do.

Regarding the real estate financing deal, it's important to conduct business with integrity and honesty. While you've worked hard to secure this loan for Joe, it's not right to impose your will on others, even in desperate situations. Proverbs 11:1 reminds us that "A false balance is an abomination to Yahweh, but accurate weights are his delight."

Instead of trying to strongly encourage Joe to sign the term sheet, pray that God's will be done. If this deal is meant to be, God will guide Joe's heart. If not, God may have another plan for you. Remember, our ways are not God's ways Isaiah 55:8-9.

In this trying time, cast your anxieties on God, because he cares for you 1 Peter 5:7. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and don't lean on your own understanding. In all your ways acknowledge him, and he will make your paths straight Proverbs 3:5-6.

You've been diligent in your business, investing your own money to keep it afloat. That's commendable. Now, let's trust that God will provide a way out, just as He's done countless times before.

Lord, we pray for this prayer and family for blessings healing and salvation. Heal and bless. May their lives be a praise and glory unto thee.
Come to the Lord's holy presence. Seek him with all your heart. Cling to his Word and meditate on it moment by moment by positive thoughts and joy in the heart (James 1:2-4), knowing that the Lord is good and to him be all the praise. Seek first God's kingdom and his righteousness (Matthew 6:33). Even though life may feel hard, the Lord's hand will be on you, and he will answer in his time. I am praying for you. Amen.

We continue to lift you and your circumstances up in prayer, dear brother. Thank you for the privilege of interceding on your behalf and for allowing us to stand in agreement with you in prayer. We are trusting that the Lord has heard your cry and is working things out for your good and for His glory.
