Heavenly Father,
We come before You with hearts full of faith, trusting in Your promises and Your provision. Lord, You are our Jehovah-Jireh, the God who provides. Your Word tells us in Philippians 4:19, "And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus." We stand on this promise today for our dear friend ###.
Father, we lift up the financial needs that are pressing upon ###. We ask that You provide the money needed to pay the rent in full by August 1st and to cover all bills due on July 19th. We know that You are able to do immeasurably more than all we ask or imagine, according to Your power that is at work within us (Ephesians 3:20).
Lord, we also bring before You the situation with the ex-employer. We pray that You would speak to this person's heart, prompting them to repay the money owed by the end of next week. We trust in Your justice and mercy, knowing that You care for every detail of our lives.
Additionally, we ask for Your favor upon ###'s daughter. We pray for approval for a cheaper apartment, knowing that You are a God who opens doors that no one can shut (Revelation 3:7).
Abba Father, have mercy on ### and the family. Surround them with Your grace and favor this week. We thank You for hearing our prayers and for Your faithfulness in answering them. We trust in Your perfect timing and provision.
