Father i cry out to You for Your help and wisdom in my case. Please Father I need justice and You can see how my management is lying even they changed the decision manager just in last minute and he even gave false statements and ignored all the evidence. Father one of my colleague told me that the decision manager was a good friend of senior manager however I don't have evidence to support his statement. But You know the truth. Father this time my appeal should go to an honest decision manager. Who will see all the evidence. Also I pray that judge will see the truth that how I had suffered. Father at my work place no one has raised their voice against the management bad behaviours because they don't trust Grievance process of our department. There are numbers of people they have suffered and left the jobs. Specially women. But I stand against them. Because I have faith in You that You are with me and You Will not let me down in front of them. Father my victory will bring hope to so many staff members who are silently suffering. And bring awareness among management that they shouldn't miss used their powers. And how their bad behaviours can damage someone's dignity completely and cause mental health issues. Father please hear my voice I pray in Your Holly name Amen
